New Mariucci Arena
The 1993-1994 season brought the Golden Gophers to a new arena. In the first season at Mariucci Arena, the Gophers wore a throwback jersey patterned after the uniforms from the 1950s. This style of jersey is the reason I found game worn jersey collecting in the first place. I am fortunate enough to own three "Bumblebee" style jerseys. I had a fourth, at one time, but traded it away to add another style to my collection.
